There is a growing number of colleges that have adopted academy status and are wrestling with the implementation of new policies, systems, processes and relationships, and the implications of academy status as far as finance, governance, staffing, accountability and system leadership are concerned. This one-day seminar will offer academy leaders the opportunity to share experiences, ideas, problems, solutions and resources with each other and to develop a network that can sustain them on the journey ahead.
